JAMMU, May 4: Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu Manoj Parihar today granted interim bail to former MLA Dr Gagan Bhagat up to 8th of May.
After hearing Senior Advocate BS Salathia for the applicant whereas CPO for the State, court granted interim bail to Dr Gagan Bhagat with direction to the police that petitioner can be released if bail bond to the tune of Rs 30,000 was submitted.
