Gandhi College in collaboration with Symbiosis to start online courses

JAMMU, Jan 2: Broadening its Educational Offerings in collaboration with Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Gandhi Memorial Camp College (GMCC), Raipur Bantalab a unit of Hindu Education Society Kashmir (HESK), today announced the introduction of a diverse range of online courses in partnership with Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune.
This was announced by Prof B. L. Zutshi, president HESK and a renowned scholar at a press conference here along with the other team of HESK including its general secretary, Prof Virender Rawal, Executive members V K Raina, M K Jalali, Virender Raina, S K Raina and Prof G L Koul.
Prof Zutshi conveyed excitement for these innovative courses, highlighting the convenience for students to acquire knowledge and professional skills from the comfort of their homes. Prof. Verinder Rawal, general secretary of HESK, emphasized the institution’s dedication to empowering students for success in a rapidly changing world,. The newly introduced courses cover various disciplines, including Post Graduation in Management Programmes, Faculty of Education, Humanities and Social Science, Certificate Courses, and a Specialization in corporate Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, he added.
He said additionally, Gandhi Memorial Camp College in Raipur Bantalab Jammu currently offers B.Ed courses and undergraduate programs like B.Com (Hons), B A Journalism and Mass Communication, and B.Sc IT courses, all affiliated with Kashmir University.
Prof Zutshi said in response to the growing demand for specialized skills, the college is providing skill development courses in collaboration with India’s first Government Skill Development University, Shree Vishwakarama Skill Development University, Haryana. These courses encompass areas such as Python Programming, Google Ads Specialist, Industry Data Operator and Business Development Representative, reflecting the institution’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and addressing the evolving needs of diverse industries, he added.
He said prospective students are urged to explore these exciting opportunities and embark on a journey of academic and personal growth.
