JAMMU, Aug 25: Shri Ganesh Mahatsava Yagya is being organized under the Bhartiya Vedic Sansthan, Jammu on August 29, 2014 at Parade Ground, Jammu.
This was stated by Achariya Sanjay Shastri, chairman Board of Trustees, Bhartiya Vedic Sansthan in a press conference and added that the mahotsava will begin with Shri Ganpati Murthi Sthapana on August 29, 2014, there after Ganesh Puran Katha will start at 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Mahayagna will start in morning at 9.00 am during the installation of Ganesh Murti and will continue upto 2.00 pm.
Puran Ahuti will be on Sunday September 7, 2014 at 12.00 noon. Finally Shree Ganesh Leela Bhajan will be performed everyday from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm and Shree Ganesh Aarti in the morning 7.00 am and 7.00 pm at Parade Ground, Jammu.
Among others who attended the press conference included Pankaj Chopra, co-ordinator, Roshan Sharma, cashier, Harbajan Singh Chib, Koushal Kumar Badyal, Amit Goswamy, Anil Gupta, Rajpal Sharma and patron-in-chief Diwan Chand Bansal.
