SAMBA, Dec 13: Member of Legislative Assembly Chander Parkash Ganga kick started work of lane and drain in Ward No. 6 and 7 along with party activists.
The project will cost around 36 lakh which will solve the much awaited demand of local inhabitants and will enhance the cleanliness around the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Ganga said, “The infrastructure push is key Prime Minister, Modi’s mission of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The Abhiyan starts from our home and our lane which needs to be clean at first place. The previous Municipal Committee under Chairman Deepak Pagotra and Chairman Ganesh Sharma has done a great work to uplift the infrastructure in Vijaypur town and people can see the results on the ground.”
Others present were ex-MC Vijaypur Chairman, Ganesh Sharma, former MC Chairman, Deepak Pagotra, senior leader, Som Verma, Raman Slathia, Dheeraj Sharma, Bishan Adgotra and Shashi Paul Sharma.
