Jammu, June 13: NSS unit of Govt. College of Education, Jammu organized a 21- days Online Abundance Meditation Challenge celebrating Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav starting from May 24, 2021 at 8 am everyday under the supervision of the NSS Programme Officer Dr. Shubhra Jamwal which was successfully concluded today.
It is believed that habit formation takes atleast 21 days so the purpose of this challenge was to build a habit of meditation among young volunteers which is an essential part of attaining mindfulness especially in this current pandemic situation where there is a chaos and panic in the society.
