JAMMU, Jan 12: Padma Shri Padma Sachdev Govt College for Women Gandhi Nagar Jammu has achieved the prestigious A++ Grade in the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accreditation process.
With this achievement, the college has become first institution in Jammu and Kashmir adorned with A++ Grade and making its place in the Top Ten Institutions of the country thus reflecting the institution’s academic excellence, quality education, and holistic development of students.
The NAAC accreditation is a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation process that assesses various aspects of an educational institution, including its infrastructure, teaching-learning processes, research and innovation, governance, and community engagement. Attaining an A++ Grade is a testament to Institution’s exceptional performance across these parameters during the NAAC visit on 3rd and 4th of January, 2024 under the leadership of Prof Minu Mahajan, the Principal of the College.
