RAJOURI, Dec 17: An extensive lecture on remote sensing and GIS was organized in Government Degree College, Mendhar under the leadership of Prof Zulfiqar Ali Shah.
On the occasion, Prof Avtar Singh Jasrotia was the key speaker who gave a detailed account of the application of remote sensing in various spheres and fields. He answered the queries raised by the students.
In this function all the students of the college and staff members were present. Principal, Prof Shabir Hussain Shah thanked Prof Jasrotia for traveling a long distance to this remote area and giving the valuable and timely information to the students.
