JAMMU, May 26: Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust (GDCT) organized an interaction programme with the girl students of its MAM Girls Hostel.
The programme started with the recitation of Quran-E-Kareem and Naat Sharief by the students of K B Public Higher Secondary School and Dr Nasreen Akhter (Trustee). The function was specially arranged for the girl students of MAM Girls Hostel of K B Public School.
Dr Ruveda Salam (IRS) DC Income Tax and Dr Rehana Bashir Choudhary (IAS) were special invitees who during their lecture gave tips and share their own experiences with the students to motivate them. Both the speakers advised the girl students to work hard. Students of K B Public School also put forth their questions.
Among others the speakers include Choudhary Mohd Aslam (SSP) and Dr Shoukat Choudhary, renowned Gastrologist who shared his story of success with the girl students and motivate them to succeed in life. Dr Mussarat Choudhary, Assistant Professor Economics and Ex student of the school also spoke on the occasion.
Founding members of the Trust, Master Hashim Ali (ex chairman), Choudhary Mohd Haneef (vice chairman), Ch Ali Hussain Hakla (ex chairman), Ch Farooq Alam (Trustee), Nighat Sultana (Additional District Judge and Trustee), Arshad Choudhary (Trustee), Ch Shoukat Javed (Trustee), Mohd Yousaf Khepar (Trustee), and many others were also present in the programme.
At the end of the function, Ch Abdul Hamid, chairman, Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust highlighted the importance of the holy month of Ramadan and highlighted the contribution and efforts of Dr Masud Choudhary, founder and patron in chief, GDCT for such a big achievement in the shape of Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust.
