JAMMU, Nov 7: Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust (GDCT)-an NGO working for the Tribals of J&K here today organized a free mega medical camp in collaboration with District Health Services authorities, and Director Ayush Jammu.
The medical camp was inaugurated by Mukesh Singh, ADGP Jammu who was the chief guest on the occasion while DIG Jammu-Kathua Range, Atul Goel was guest of honour.
Doctors from various faculties participated in the camp and provided free medical consultation and medicines to the patients.
The welcome address was delivered by Shah Mohd Chowdhary, Trust Chairman.
The chief guest in his inaugural address lauded the role of Trust, particularly Dr. Masud Choudhary, former Vice Chancellor and Trust patron-in-chief for promoting education among tribal people and preserving their culture.
