RAMBAN, Oct 23: A general store reduced to ashes due to fire in Sangaldhan area, falling under the jurisdiction of Gool Police Station.
As per police sources, a fire broke out in a general store probably due to short circuit late last night in Sangaldhan area. The shop belongs to Itfaq Ahmad, son of Ghulam Rasool.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of personnel from SSB 14th Battalion stationed at Sangaldhan and fire fighters, doused the flames, but till then the general store turned into ashes.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Gool police has taken cognizance in this regard.
