SAMBA, Apr 20: A general store was gutted in fire at village Barian on Jammu-Pathankote National Highway, here today.
As per police sources, fire broke out in a general store owned by Subash Chander, son of Tara Mani at village Barian on Jammu-Pathankote National Highway.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and informed the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
Fire fighters along with tenders reached the spot and doused the flames.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Samba Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
