JAMMU, Dec 16: Ghansham Shastri has been appointed as president of Jammu District (Rural) by president, Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) and MLA, Balwant Singh Mankotia, in consultation with the chairman, Harshdev Singh (MLA).
He also appointed Kesar Parveen as District (Rural) general secretary, Abdul Majid Dar as provincial secretary (Kashmir Province), Tilak Raj as Block president of Block Khour and Molvi Shafi as president of Jammu Minority Cell.
Meanwhile, Raghubir Singh has been appointed as State secretary of PTU, Sarpanch Balwan Singh as Zonal president of PTU of Zone Majalta, PR Gill as president of District Jammu of PTU and Raj Kumar (president, Rehri Phari Union Jammu) as District secretary (Jammu) of PTU.
