BHADERWAH June 1: A girl received injuries after being hit by a motorcycle, here today.
As per police sources, a girl identified as Surita Devi, daughter of Dharm Raj, a resident of village Bheja was heading towards her home after attending the school, when a motorcycle bearing registration number JK06-9293 hit her.
The girl was rushed to hospital by locals, where she was undergoing treatment, when reports last came in.
A case in this regard has been registered and investigation started.
Meanwhile, locals said that at the school time, large number of teenage boys ride motorcycles in rash mode.
“We informed the administration and police in this regard, but nothing has been done by them, resulting a girl got injured in accident today”, they added.
The people demanded regular checking of the vehicles being driven by underage boys by the flying squad.
