REASI, Sept 20: A young girl was injured in a wild animal attack in Panassa area of tehsil Thakrakote, district Reasi, here today.
As per the information, a wild animal attacked Shahnaz Akhter, age around 18 years, daughter of Jamal Din, resident of Nallah Panassa, when she was working in her fields. The girl was shifted to District Hospital Reasi for treatment and her condition was stated to be out of danger.
The incident has triggered a panic wave in Panassa area and locals have demanded an immediate capturing of wild animal to save others from deadly attack.
