MENDHAR, May 16: A minor girl has been kidnapped from Bhera village of tehsil Mendhar by a local youth of the area.
Parents of the girl- Rubia Khan (assumed) alleged that their daughter was kidnapped by one Mohd Rafi, son of Zaffar Iqbal, resident of Chhajla on May 13. The police registered a case FIR No. 61/2013 and started investigation.
Meanwhile, police recovered a kidnapped minor girl from Bihar and arrested her kidnapper here today. He has been identified as Muktar Ahmed, son of Kafeel Ahmed, resident of Bihar. He is married and father of two kids. He allegedly kidnapped 15- year- old girl from Ashiar village in Bihar and reached here few days back. The parents of the girl reached here searching for their daughter and informed Mendhar police about the matter. The police arrested the alleged accused and restored the girl to the parents.
