MENDHAR, May 10: After being unsuccessful in 12th class examination a girl made attempt on her life by consuming some poisonous pills at her residence today.
Identified as Nahim Akhtar, daughter of Late Kaka Khan, resident of Bera village, the minor girl came to know about her result from a friend. The sensitive girl got upset and then consumed some pesticides kept in the house and became unconscious. She was rushed to Mendhar hospital and later referred to Rajouri. The police has taken cognizance.
