JAMMU, June 26: A girl has been allegedly raped by jawan of Central Reserve Police Forece (CRPF) on marriage pretext.
As per police sources, a girl lodged a complaint with Police Station Satwari stating that a man identified as Bunty Manhas (CRPF jawan of 87 Battalion Manipur), son of Mangal Dass of Raipur Satwari made physical relations on the pretext of marrying her but later refused.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 127/2020 under Section 376 IPC was registered at Police Station Satwari and investigation started.
