MENDHAR, Sept 7: Police today solved a four months old kidnapping case by arresting the kidnapper and recovering the kidnapped girl from his possession.
According to the reports, after getting a specific input, a Police party from police station Gursai under the supervision of SDPO Mendhar, SP Amit Bhasin and led by SHO, MA Mirza, raided the house of the accused identified as Shahzad Ahmed (21), son of Maqbool Hussain, resident of Gultha (Harni), this afternoon and recovered the girl, who was kidnapped by the accused in the month of April this year from her house.
The accused has been arrested and the girl handed over to her parents after medical examination.
A case FIR No 24 under Section 363/109 RPC has already been registered in Police Station Gursai in this regard.
