JAMMU, Jan 19: A young girl succumbed to her burn injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, the girl identified as Rajni (22) daughter of Rattan Lal, a resident of village Kola in RS Pura was shifted here at GMCH on January 6 after she suffered burn injuries at her residence due to unknown reasons.
Tonight at about 10.30 pm, she succumbed to her injuries. The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for conducting post mortem tomorrow.
The concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
