JAMMU, Nov 20: Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu today celebrated students’ cultural programme ‘Annandam 2021’.
The programme was inaugurated by Principal and Dean Dr Shashi Sudhan Sharma, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
During the event, the students presented a variety of cultural programmes including songs, dances and comedy, depicting the rich cultural heritage of the Jammu & Kashmir and India. The students also paid tribute to the COVID-19 warriors who bravely fought the Corona Pandemic and lost their lives while saving lives of millions of patients.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Shashi Sudhan Sharma urged all the doctors and students to take care of their heath and be ready to meet any challenge in the future regarding service to the mankind. Chairman of the Cultural Committee, Dr Amita Gupta expressed happiness over successful conduct of the programme.
All HoD’s, Faculty and Residents attended the event.
