SRINAGAR: Goa today defeated Jammu and Kashmir by six wickets in the four-day under-23 CK Nayudu Trophy match at the Sher-i-Kashmir cricket stadium here today.
The host was 187 all out in the first innings after winning the toss and electing to bat first. With help of two centuries by Prathamash Gawas (102) and Mallksirur (100), the visitors declare the first inning after putting 450 runs on the board at the loss of seven wickets, taking a lead of 263 runs.
In the second inning, the host was bundled at 376 after playing 123.1 overs. Meanwhile, the visitors managed to score the winning runs by losing only four wickets.
