GOC 16 Corps visits NIC camp

JAMMU, Nov 6: Lt Gen Hooda, visited the National Integration Camp being organised by NCC J&K Dte.
He was received by ADG, Maj Gen N S Jamwal and was presented Guard of Honour by smartly turned out 51 cadets with weapons, followed by cultural programme by cadets of various states depicting diverse and rich culture and heritage of the country. A fusion dance representing the three regions of the State was presented by cadets of J&K Dte.
The GOC interacted with the cadets representing the entire spectrum of the country. He said the activities undertaken during the camp will foster the spirit of national integration and harmony amongst cadets. He conveyed his satisfaction that during the stay in the camp, the cadets have been given ample opportunities to learn about great nation and especially about Jammu Kashmir and its people.
