UDHAMPUR, Dec 27: Lt Gen KT Parnaik, GOC-in-C Northern Command, laid wreath and paid homage to the martyrs at State War Memorial, Dharamshalla today.
The Army Commander was accompanied by Major General Sukesh Rakshit, General Officer Commanding, Dah Division and Brigadier Satinder Singh, Station Commander, Military Station, Dharamsala.
The General officer remembered the supreme sacrifice made by the martyrs of the State and also acknowledged the contribution of the State to the Indian Defence Services.
