SRINAGAR, May 16: General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 15 Corps, Lt General J S Sandhu today reviewed security situation in Hajin area of Bandipora where militants appeared in a rally last week.
The General was briefed about the security situation in the area by the Sector commander.
This area in North is volatile for last several months. Security forces are trying to restore order in the area and the GOC’s security review of the area is said to be a step towards that direction.
