Ayush hospital for Mandli approved

JAMMU, Dec 11: Governor Satya Pal Malik today assured Legislative Assembly Speaker, Dr Nirmal Singh on setting up of a degree college at Ramkot in Billawar Assembly segment of Kathua district.
The Governor gave the assurance to the Speaker when the latter rang up him today and sought that long pending demand of the people of Ramkot for setting up of a degree college be met.
Dr Nirmal Singh said the previous State Government has assured setting up of degree college at Ramkot.
Dr Singh hoped that an order for setting up of the degree college will be issued soon.
Dr Nirmal Singh said the Union Ministry of Ayush has also approved establishment of 50-bedded Ayush hospital at Mandli in Billawar constituency.
The hospital will involve a cost of Rs 7.5 crore.
The Union Ministry of Ayush has approved the proposal, the Speaker said.
