JAMMU, Apr 24: Governor N N Vohra has presented a cash award of Rs. 5000 to Sonali Dogra, a student of Government Degree College, Parade, as token of appreciation for the outstanding standard of her singing performance during the souvenir release function of “Association of Social Health in India” which was held April 20.
Congratulating this young and talented Sufiana singer, the First Lady and the Governor wished her continuing success in her future career.
