JAMMU: The redesigned and upgraded website of the Shri Amarnath ji Shrine Board (SASB), which was launched today, would provide all necessary information to pilgrims intending to undertake the upcoming annual yatra to the holy cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas, officials said.
“It is mobile phone friendly and aids user experience, accessibility and outreach. The website is compliant with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) and accessible to persons with visual impairment,” SASB Chief Executive Officer Umang Narula said.
He was speaking after Governor N N Vohra, who is also chairman of the SASB, launched the website here.
The nearly two-month-long yatra is scheduled to commence from the twin routes of Pahalgam in Anantnag and Baltal in Ganderbal on June 28 and conclude on August 26. (AGENCIES)
