Plea to Governor
After exploring all the options available with us ,we the shortlisted candidates for the post of Naib Tehsildar like to bring it to your notice the fact that the selection process for the said posts was initiated in the month of April 2015 and for two years it remained marred with legal battle against department for making Urdu as a mandatory subject.Ultimately the exam was conducted on 29th of April 2018 only to be halted again for alleged mismanagement on the part of competent authority .After brief legal battle the stay was vacated on 12th of September 2018 and shortlisting done in a record time of fifteen days on 28th of September 2018.But thereafter the selection process has been moving at snail’s pace.
The interview process was started on 3rd of December 2018 and completed on 12th of January 2109 but since then the process has been completely halted for the reasons best known to competent authority, they have not even notified the date for conducting Urdu test that is just qualifying in nature when they have merit list already at their end .We have been regularly requesting the authorities to atleast notify the date for Urdu test for which they had even mentioned 2nd or 3rd week of March in one of their communique to the press but why they retracted from even notifying the same leave apart the conducting of test.
Four years is too long a period for completion of such recruitment process even if one takes into account legal issues.
We, aspirants again request you for your direct intervention to save our future.
