JAMMU, Apr 16: The Government has agreed for a breathing period of three months to grant the minor mineral concession as per SRO 105 of 2016 in the interest of general public and developmental works in the State.
This was stated in a handout issued by Director Geology and Mining here today. It said that during the breathing period extraction of minor mineral shall be carried by existing quarry holders, extractors and consumers and carriers after paying royalty in accordance with SRO 105 of 2016 dated 31-03-2016.
