JAMMU, Mar 6: The Government today appointed Departmental Vigilance Officers (DVOs) in respect of autonomous bodies / universities of the State.
An order to this effect was issued here by General Administrative Department (GAD).
As per the order Inam-ul-Rouf Malik, Deputy Registrar /Deputy Controller of Examinations has been appointed as DVO for University of Kashmir while Prof V K Bhat, Dean Faculty of Sciences has been appointed as DVO for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra.
Jai Kumar Sharma, Special Secretary to Vice Chancellor was appointed as DVO University of Jammu and Dr Mohammed Amin Bhat , Assistant Registrar Examinations was appointed as DVO for Islamia University of Science and Technology.
Ghulam Nabi Dar, Assistant Registrar who is presently holding the charge of Legal Affairs and Public Information Officer was appointed as DVO SKUAST, Kashmir while Dr Daleep Kachroo, Chief Scientist, FSR Chatha was appointed as DVO, SKUAST, Jammu.
Liyaqat Ali Cheechi, Head Master (Warden G B Hostel Anantnag) was appointed as DVO J&K State Advisory Board for the Development of Gujjar and Bakerwal while Syed Bashir Ahmed Chief Manager, Regional Office, Sopore, in Kashmir region and Rajeshwar Kumar Narang, senior Manager, B O Shakti Nagar, Jammu region were appointed DVOs for J&K Grameen Bank.
Showkat Hussain Kazmi secretary was appointed as DVO for J&K State Board for the development of Pahari speaking people.
