JAMMU, Sept 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Chaman Lal, Deputy Director, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, holding additional charge of GAD, as the Nodal Officer for setting up the State Project Monitoring Group (PMG) for monitoring key infrastructure projects being implemented in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
