RAJOURI, Mar 14: In order to take stock of the ongoing developmental works at Phalyana, Muradpur, Dangri and Saranu villages of Rajouri, BJP senior leader and MLC, Vibodh Gupta today visited these villages and held public meetings there.
This tour was mainly aimed at listening to the various day to day issues of the local residents and make efforts for their early resolution. Vibodh interacted with various deputations which met him during this tour and assured them that he will take up their genuine issues and demands with the concerned officials and will ensure that they get the attention of the concerned officials on priority.
While addressing the locals during this tour Vibodh highlighted various pro-poor programmes and schemes being implemented by the present State and Central Governments. He said that current Government under the able leadership of our dynamic leader Narendra Modi is ensuring that all the Government schemes are designed in such a way that they should benefit the poorest of the poor. This, he said is the only way to win the hearts of the people who have always felt alienated under the successive past dynastic regimes.
While referring to the recent opening of a Passport Office at Rajouri, Vibodh said that this is a landmark and a key developmental initiative in the history of Rajouri.
He also gave a detailed account of other Government schemes such as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao which is empowering the women folk and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan which is giving a new look to all the remote corners of our country. During the tour Vibodh also gave an account of his own work to the common masses.
He said that with support from locals and with all the love and affection of people of Pir Panjal, he will muster enough strength to do much more in the remaining three years of his tenure as MLC.

Rafiq, Ex Sarpanch Vaid Parkash, Mohd. Azam, Kasturi Lal, Dinesh Tara, Mohd. Shafiq, Hardesh Sharma and Liaquat Hussain.
