People of different areas attended the grievance redressal camp in which they raised their issues and problems.
The delegation of people from Aithem brought to the notice of Yudhvir Sethi the severe shortage of drinking water supply in their area besides other pressing issues like that of difficulties faced by them in getting new ration cards issued by the department, etc. They said that the shortage of drinking water supply requires immediate redressal as it is the lifeline for one’s survival.
They said that the concerned FCS&CA Department authorized to issue ration cards is not issuing new ration cards due to the reasons best known to the authorities. They sought the intervention of the senior BJP leader to get their pressing issues resolved at the earliest.
Yudhvir Sethi after giving the delegation a keen and patient hearing asserted that very soon the water problem will be resolved once for all as the works are being executed under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
He said that he would ask the PHE authorities to ensure drinking water supply to the acute shortage areas through tankers till the situation improves.
Taking serious note of the ration card issue, he asked the FCS&CA Department to simplify the procedure of issuing new ration cards so that the general public would be able to get the benefit of the Central Government scheme under which PM Modi has announced free ration for the general public.
Sethi asked the BJP cadre to remain present in public 24X7 in order to address their minor as well as complex issues as public service is the core of Party’s ideology.
