KATHUA, May 16: Government contractors today held a protest demonstration at District Treasury Office demanding immediate clearing of their pending dues.
Holding protest and raising the slogans against State Government and particularly against District Treasury Office which was led by Parshotam Singh and Pankaj Sharma, Government contractors demanding for immediate release of dues pending for the Government works which they have done.
The protesters said that when they go to the District Treasury Office, every time they are told that they are unable to pay their dues due non-availability of funds. They further added that administration should find some alternate and over come from this financial crunch.
