Govt creating Kashmir type situation in Jammu: RSS

JAMMU, Nov 2: Rashtriya Swamsevak Sangh (RSS) in its three-day recent conference at its headquarters Nagpur has expressed grave concern over growing Jehadi radicalization in Southern States of India and  through a resolution it has demanded that their attempts be nipped in the bud.
Through another resolution the RSS has stressed on effective management of land along the borders of the country.
This was stated by RSS Prant Sangchalak Brig (retd) Suchet Singh while talking to reporters here today along with Dr Gautam Mengi Jammu Vibagh Sangchalak.
He said the three-day Nagpur Conference besides RSS chief, Dr Mohan Rao Bhagwat was attended by the senior functionaries of the Sangh across the country, its office bearers, leaders of BJP, VHP and Bajrang Dal (BD).
He said besides him, RSS Prant Pracharak, Ramesh  Pappa, Parshotam Dadichi and Ashwani Ji Seh Prant Karivah attended the conference from J&K.
Brig Singh said the resolution pointed out that the emergence of Popular Front of India (PFI) and its front organization in Kerala consequent to the ban of SIMI should be seen it the context of growing Jehadi radicalization in Southern States. Its formation as a coordination effort between organizations like, Karnataka for Dignity (KFD), Manitha Neethi Pasarai (MNP) in Tamil Nadu and National Development Front (NDF) in Kerala under the purported aim of promotion of democracy and social justice is nothing but a camouflage to perpetuate hard line ideologies.
The conference also stressed on creating of infrastructure in the villages along Indian borders linked to eight countries.
Brig Singh said that the conference also discussed the subversive activities in J&K also and alleged that the statements of Chief Minister challenging the accession, wrong policies of the Government and demoralization of security forces are responsible for the same.
The Sangh has also accused the State Government of doing nothing for the return of the displaced Pandits to Valley, blamed it creating Kashmir type situation in Jammu region  by forcing the migration of minorities from Muslim majority areas of the region and discrimination with Jammu region in all spheres of life.
It also held the State Government responsible for depriving the PoJK, West Pak refugees and border migrants of their rights and prevailing tension on borders.
