JAMMU, Jan 30 : As a mark of respect to General K V Krishna Rao, the former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, who passed away today, the State Government has decided that three days’ State mourning will be observed from 31-01-2016.
During the State mourning the National and State Flags shall fly at half mast on all buildings and places where they are flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment/function during the State mourning.
