JAMMU, July 24: Government has ordered payment of salary to its workforce in advance for the month of July in view of Eid-Ul-Adha festival.
According to the order issued by Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner, Finance Department, it has been ordered that salary bills for the for the month of July shall be presented in the treasuries on July 29 for the advance payment of salary on July 30.
The order has been made on the directions of Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir GC Murmu.
