JAMMU, July 3 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has flayed the State Government for its failure to provide basic amenities to the people of Kandi areas of Jammu province.
Addressing a public meeting at Baguna area general secretary of PDP Thakur Balbir Singh said that during the last three and half years Omar Abdullah led regime has done nothing to ameliorate lot of the people. He said problems of the common masses were compounded because this regime was more concerned about befooling the people rather than solving their problems.
He asked the party workers to educate the people about misdeeds of the present coalition and said that coming civic bodies elections were an opportunity to teach a lesson to this Government which has compounded misery of the people.
PDP leader further said that in the last assembly election, both National Conference and Congress had made a number of promises with the people but these promises remained only on papers.
