JAMMU, Mar 5: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has accorded sanction to the constitution of an Apex Level Committee for monitoring and supervising the activities/events to be organized in connection with the `Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ celebrations in the J&K Union Territory.
The committee shall be headed by Chief Secretary J&K as its Chairman while Administrative Secretaries of various departments as well as Divisional Commissioner of Jammu/Kashmir, ADG Police (Headquarters), Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages; Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K are among 19 Members of the committee.
