JAMMU, July 13: The J&K UT Government today accorded sanction to the constitution of Destination Management Committee (DMC) for Basohli destination headed by Deputy Commissioner Kathua as its Chairman.
Official sources said that Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bani-Basohli Development Authority will be the Member Secretary of the Committee. The other members are- SSP Kathua, SE PWD Jammu-Kathua Circle, Addl DC Basohli, GM DIC Kathua, Chief Planning Officer Kathua, ACD Kathua, DIO Kathua, Supt ITI Basohli, Executive Officer MC Basohli and Tourist Officer Samba-Kathua. Five individuals/private persons have also been nominated as special invitees to the meetings of the DMC.
