JAMMU, Dec 19: The Commissioner/ Secretary to Government, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Mandeep Kaur today ordered initiating Regular Departmental Action (RDA) against the then Junior Assistant in the office of BDO Tangmarg.
The Commissioner appointed Additional District Development Commissioner, Baramulla as Inquiry officer to probe the charges, even beyond charge-sheet against Abdul Rashid Dar, son of Abdul Rehman Dar, resident of Duroo, Tangmarg, the then Junior Assistant at BDO office Tangmarg, regarding committing fraud by disbursing amount under IAY Scheme during 2008-09.
Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Baramulla shall be the Presenting Officer, who shall present the report related to the case before the Inquiry Officer on behalf of the department, the order said.
