JAMMU, June 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today issued a 51-day-long roster for the Administrative Secretaries to hold public darbar in different districts of the Union Territory.
As per an order, Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department shall hold a darbar in Jammu on June 10, Srinagar on July 1, and Pulwama on July 25 while Dheeraj Gupta, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment, shall hold a darbar in Srinagar on June 11, Jammu on July 1, and Budgam on July 26.

The order further said that Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, shall hold a darbar in Budgam on June 20, Ganderbal on July 1, and Anantnag on July 25, and H Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, shall hold a darbar in Ganderbal on June 10, Budgam on July 21, and Srinagar on July 25.
While Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department shall convene a darbar in Udhampur on June 10, Poonch on July 2, and Baramulla on July 31 and Santosh Datttatraya Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department shall hold the darbar in Samba on June 11, Udhampur on July 2, and Ganderbal on July 25.
Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, has been asked to convene a darbar in Kathua on June 12, Pulwama on July 4, and Jammu on July 26, and Suresh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Culture, shall convene a darbar in Pulwama on June 10, Kathua on July 3, and Kishtwar on July 29.
Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, shall convene a darbar in Budgam on June 11, Ganderbal on July 3, and Reasi on July 30, and Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, shall hold a darbar in Kupwara on June 19, Kishtwar on July 8, and Kulgam on July 31.
While Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, shall conduct a darbar in Ganderbal on June 20, Kupwara on July 4, and Bandipora on July 25 and Prerna Puri, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, shall conduct a darbar in Samba on June 20, Srinagar on July 8, and Udhampur on July 26.
Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, shall conduct a darbar in Srinagar on June 19, Samba on July 4, and Shopian on July 29, and Yasha Mudgul, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, shall conduct a darbar in Reasi on June 20, Jammu on July 8, and Samba on July 31.
Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, shall hold a darbar in Kishtwar on June 11, Ramban on July 2, and Kathua on July 31, and Dr Rashmi Singh, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Hospitality and Protocol Department, shall conduct a darbar in Rajouri on June 10, Pulwama on July 8, and Reasi on July 25.
Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Administrative Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj shall hold a darbar in Pulwama on June 19, Rajouri on July 3, and Doda on July 26, and Sarmad Hafeez, Administrative Secretary, Youth Services & Sports Department, shall hold a darbar in Anantnag on June 11, Kulgam on July 8, and Poonch on July 29.
Additionally, it has been ordered that Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department, shall conduct a darbar in Kulgam on June 20, Anantnag on July 3, and Kupwara on July 30, and Niraj Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, shall conduct a darbar in Shopian on June 19, Doda on July 3, and Rajouri on July 31.
Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, has been asked to hold a public darbar in Doda on June 12, Shopian on July 1, and Ramban on July 25, Rehana Batul, Administrative Secretary, Information Department, shall hold a darbar in Udhampur on June 19, Baramulla on July 4, and Anantnag on July 31.
Bhupinder Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Public Works Department, shall conduct a public darbar in Baramulla on June 20, Udhampur on July 8, and Bandipora on July 30, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, shall conduct a darbar in Bandipora on June 12, Baramulla on July 1, and Ganderbal on July 30.
Mohammad Aijaz, Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development, and Monitoring Department, has been asked to hold public darbar in Anantnag on June 19, Bandipora on July 4, and Baramulla on July 25, and Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks, & Gardens Department, shall hold a darbar in Bandipora on June 19, Anantnag on July 8 and Pulwama on July 30.
Zubair Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies,and Consumer Affairs, shall conduct a darbar in Shopian on June 10, Kulgam on July 2, and Budgam on July 31, and Babila Rakwal, Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department, shall conduct a darbar in Ramban on June 12, Reasi on July 1, and Kulgam on July 26.
Anil Koul, Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Department, shall conduct a darbar in Poonch on June 12, Budgam on July 8, and Kupwara on July 25, and Shabnam Kamil, Administrative Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department, shall hold a darbar in Kulgam on June 11, Bandipora on July 1, and Srinagar on July 31.
