JAMMU, Mar 15: Jammu and Kashmir Government today notified a 9-day-long roster for 31 Administrative Secretaries to hold Public Darbars across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, beginning March 19.
As per an order, Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department shall hold a public darbar in Jammu on March 19, Dheeraj Gupta, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment in Srinagar on March 20, Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department in Budgam on March 19, and H Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department in Ganderbal on March 27.
The order further said Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, shall hold a public darbar in Udhampur on March 19, Santosh Dattatreya Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department in Samba on March 20, Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department in Kathua on March 28, Suresh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Culture, in Pulwama on March 20, Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department in Kathua on March 19, Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department in Kupwara on March 28, and Madeep Kaur, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department in Ganderbal on March 19.
Prerna Puri, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department shall hold a public darbar in Samba on March 27, Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department in Srinagar on March 28, Yasha Mudgal, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department in Reasi on March 19, Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department in Kishtwar on March 19, Dr Rashmi Singh, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Hospitality and Protocol Department in Rajouri on March 27, and Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in Pulwama on March 28, said the order.
It said Sarmad Hafeez, Administrative Secretary, Youth Services & Sports Department, shall hold a public darbar in Anantnag on March 27, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department in Kulgam on March 20, Niraj Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Transport Department in Shopian on March 20, Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department in Doda on March 20, Rehana Batul, Administrative Secretary, Information Department in Udhampur on March 27, Bhupinder Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Public Works Department in Baramulla on March 28, and Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department in Bandipora on March 20.
Additionally, it has been ordered that Dr Piyush Singla, Administrative Secretary, School Education Department, shall hold the public darbar in Baramulla on March 20, Mohammad Aijaz, Administrative Secretary, Planning Development, and Monitoring Department in Anantnag on March 19, Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks, & Gardens Department in Bandipora on March 28, Zubair Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs in Shopian on March 28, Babila Rakwal, Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department in Ramban on March 27, Anil Koul, Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction in Poonch on March 27, Shabnam Kamil, Administrative Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department in Budgam on March 28.
“The Deputy Commissioners shall be responsible for organizing these darbar(s) and shall ensure their wide publicity in districts, well in advance,” ordered the Government.
