JAMMU, Mar 15: In the interest of administration the government today ordered for the transfer, posting and assigned additional charge to the following members of Accounts Service with immediate effect.
As per the order issued, Ashok Kumar, FA/CAO Revenue Department holding charge of tribal affair department and IWMP in addition to his own duties has been transferred and posted as CAO, Chief Engineer, JKPTCL, Jammu vice Tabassum.
Shadab Mukhdoomi, CAO, directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as CAO, Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Department Kashmir, vice Showkat Ahmad Khan. Jozy Ara, CAO, Directorate of Industries and Commerce Department, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as CAO, directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, Vice Shadab Mukhdoomi.
Poonam Makhnotra, Sr Instructor, NZATI Jammu against Leave reserve post has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Divisional Fund Office, Jammu vice Chander Kala.
Irfan Majid, CAO, Information Technology Department has been transferred and posted as CAO, JAKEDA, J&K on full time basis. Nishad Akhter, CAO, (DFA&CAO) Central Financial Organisation, PDD Srinagar has been transferred and posted as CAO, directorate of Industries and Commerce Department, Srinagar vice Jozy Ara. Anudeep Kour, CAO/Deputy Director, (Central) Directorate of General of Accounts and Treasuries, J&K has been transferred and posted as CAO, Directorate of Industries and Commerce Department, Jammu vice Reyaz Hussain.
Mohd. Shafait Rehman, CAO, Codes Section, Finance Department has been transferred and posted as CAO, GP Fund Moving Cell, J&K vice Mohd Tariq Malik.
Showkat Ahmad Khan, CAO, Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Department, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as CAO (DFA&CAO) Central, Financial Organisation PDD Srinagar vice Nishad Akhter. Talit Mehmood. CAO awaiting orders of adjustment in DGAT has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Central) in the office of Director General Accounts and Treasuries against available vacancy. Mohd Tariq Malik, AO GP Fund Moving Cell, J&K has been transferred and posted as AO Codes Finance Department against available vacancy.
Meanwhile, in another separate order, the government ordered for the transfer, posting of Zahoor Ahmad Wani, Director, Finance Health and Medical Education Department has been transferred and posted as Director, Finance, Budget Division Finance Department. Abdul Majid Bhat, Director Finance Higher Education Department shall hold the charge of Director, Finance School Education Department in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Rehayd Ahmad Shah, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, J&K has been transferred and posted as Director, Finance Health and Medical Education Department vice Zahoor Ahmad Wani.
Iftikar Hussain Chouhan, Director Finance School Education Department has been transferred and posted as Director, Finance, and Information Technology Depatment vice Irfan Majid. He shall also hold the charge of Director Finance Tribal Affair Department and IWMP in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Seema Bhasin, Director, Finance Housing and Urban Development Department has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Social Welfare Department vice Anil Kumar Dogra. Anil Kumar Dogra, Director, Finance Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Director, Finance Revenue Department vice Ashok Kumar. Tabasum, Director Finance Chief Engineer JKPTCL Jammu has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Animal Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department relieving Hemkant Prasher of additional charge.
Reyaz Hussain, Director Finance Directorate of Industries and Commerce Jammu with additional charge of Director Finance Industries and commerce Department has been transferred and posted as Director Finance Industries and Commerce Department on full time basis. Chander Kala, Director, Finance Divisional Fund Office Jammu has been transferred and posted as Director Finance Housing and Urban Development Department J&K vice Seema Bhasin and Umar Khan Director, Finance, Financial Organisation PDD has been transferred and posted as Director Finance Rural Development, Department vice Reyaz Ahmad Shah. He shall also hold the charge of Director Finance, Financial Organisation PDD in addition to his own duties till further orders.
