JAMMU, Oct 13: Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered Mehmood Ahmad Shah Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir, to hold the additional charge of the posts of Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Director, J&K EDI.
In an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) on Wednesday, the government transferred Surat Singh, Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute who was holding additional charge of Director, J&K EDI, to await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
“In the interest of administration, Mr. Surat Singh, JKAS, Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute holding additional charge of Director, J&K EDI, is transferred and shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department. Mr. Mehmood Ahmad Shah, JKAS, Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir, shall hold the charge of the posts of Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Director, J&K EDI, in addition to his own duties, till further orders”, states the order.
In a separate order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) on Wednesday which read, “In the interest of administration, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Srangal, JKAS, Director, Panchayati Raj, J&K, shall hold the charge of the post of Director, Rural Development, Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
