JAMMU, July 10: Department of Home, J&K Government, today ordered transfers and postings of the members of J&K Prosecution Service, with immediate effect.
As per the order, Sarfaraz Ahmad, Senior Prosecuting Officer, DPO Shopian, has been transferred and posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer, DPO Rajouri vice Pawan Preet Singh, who has been transferred and posted as Sr Prosecuting Officer, DPO Shopian.
Masroor Qadir, Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Court of Munsiff Sogam, has been transferred and posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer, DPO Kupwara against an available vacancy with additional charge of DPO Handwara while Altaf Wahid Mangoo, Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Court of Ist Addl Munsiff, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Senior prosecuting Officer, DPO Jammu vice Rohit Tidyal.
