JAMMU, Jan 4: Government has made amendments in the Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1961 by declaring the enhancement of ceiling limit of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 for the subscriptions of Provident Fund by the Subscribers.
The subscribers were getting benefits under EPF Scheme upto the ceiling limit of Rs. 10,000 which has now been raised to Rs. 15,000 vide SRO No. 452 dated December 21, 2015. The raised limit would benefit lakhs of subscribers of the C. P. Fund working in the State.
