JAMMU, Feb 24: UT Government today re-constituted the committee for ensuring transparent bidding process in respect of disinvestment of Jammu and Kashmir Cements Limited (JKCL).
Headed by the Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department as the Chairman, the committee comprises Administrative Secretaries of Housing and Urban Development Department, Labour & Employment, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department, Revenue, Mining Department, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, Secretary/Spl Secretary (Technical) Forest, Ecology & Environment Department, Director General (Codes), Finance Department and Transaction Advisor are members of the committee while Managing Director J&K Cements Ltd is the Member Secretary.
Administrative Secy PWD(R&B)/PDD/Jal Shakti, Administrative Secy Mining Department, PCCF/Chief Wildlife Warden, Director General (Budget)Finance Department, Divisional Commissioner/DC concerned and Vice-Chairman/CEO Development Authority concerned are the special invitees.
