JAMMU, Oct 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered reconstitution of the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee.
With Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo as the Chairman, the committee comprises Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, Dheeraj Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Santosh D Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, Dr Mandeep K Bhandari, Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor, and Achal Sethi, Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, as Members and Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department as the Member Secretary.
As per an order, the Administrative Secretary of the Department to which the case pertains shall be co-opted as a Special Invitee.
“The terms of reference of the committee and the procedure to be adopted by it, while making the selection for the post within its purview, shall remain the same as contained in Government order number 1488-GAD of 2011 dated December 26, 2011,” read the order.
