SRINAGAR, May 13: The State Government today reconstituted the General Council for implementation of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Policy with Minister of Social Welfare and Forests, Bali Bhagat as its president.
The Minister of State for Social Welfare has been appointed as its vice president. An order to this effect was issued by General Administrative Department (GAD) here.
As per the Order Administrative Secretaries to Planning & Development Department, Health & Medical Education Department, School Education Department, Social Welfare Department, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Mission Director, ICDS, J&K and Director Finance, Social Welfare Department were appointed as its members.
The Additional Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department was appointed as its member secretary.
